The kid

So, Does anybody have a child that they swear sometimes isn't theirs? I do. I guess it is his terrible 2's or something, but he is being so bad! I dont know what to do with him half of the time! I feel like pulling my hair out. But since my haircut, i dont have the hair to pull out, that is another story though. So he pours his drinks out on the floor, and sits in it . He chokes the dog, he takes all of his toys out and leaves them all over the house and ignores me when i tell him to take them to his room. Ok, he just ignores everything i tell him!


*screams*

The weather outside is frightful...

And inside is dull, lol. I sit here on my couch staring out the window in the living room and look at the looming fog between apartment buildings. (I know, a bit dramatic). It is depressing! It is too cold outside to want to do anything. And it is my hubby's day off and he is sleeping so i have to keep myself and my 2 (almost 3) year old son confined to the living room and his bedroom. Which is all fine and dandy, but he keeps trying to go in there and open the door. Sigh. Oh well, life goes on.

So on another note, who is super excited about Christmas (Manda raises her hand) I am i am! My son got from santa (he called and told me) a Fisher Price Smart Cycle! It was rated number one toy of the year or something like that! You should go look it up! It is amazing. And he also got the Fisher Price, my first skates (Santa is all about the fisher price this year!) I am also getting very excited about cooking my first Christmas dinner this year. I am making Ham, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese (all homemade), and green bean casserole with rolls. Dont know if anybody will be eating with us, other than us, but I really want to make family memories and traditions that will last, so here we go. I am going to try this in hopes of being nostalgic in the years to come, we'll see how it goes.

I guess thats all thats floating around in me head for now...

A Whole New Thingmabob

So I came across this while I was searching for pictures of The Gaylord Texan's Ice exhibit. I have been talking to my husband who btw is a big computer guy, and begging him to make me a blog for quite some time. Well, I made my own now, kind of. I am super excited to be able to "blog now" There is so much that goes on in my life and my head really from day to day and minute to minute maybe somebody will get something out of it!
